Website use

This website provides general information only. It does not provide legal advice, create a lawyer–client relationship, confirm that the firm can act, or replace advice based on a person’s facts, deadlines, documents, jurisdiction, and objectives.

Do not rely on a website page to calculate a limitation period or other deadline. Contacting the firm does not stop time from running.

No outcome promise

Past matters, examples, process descriptions, or general information do not predict an outcome. Results depend on the facts, law, evidence, forum, opposing positions, and decisions made as a matter develops.

External links and availability

Links to courts, governments, legislation, and other third parties are provided for convenience and source transparency. Sinclair Centre Law does not control those services or guarantee that an external page remains available or current.

Editorial purpose

Website articles explain legal processes and help readers prepare useful questions. They are not a substitute for legal advice.

Accountability

Every substantive legal page must identify an accountable author or editorial owner, a named lawyer reviewer, the jurisdiction, the date of review, and the date through which the law was checked.

Sources

Writers should use primary sources where reasonably available, including legislation, regulations, court or tribunal decisions, rules, and official government materials. Secondary sources may provide context but should not replace the controlling authority.

Review and publication

Drafting assistance, including artificial-intelligence tools, does not replace lawyer review. A page marked for legal review cannot be published, scheduled, translated as final, or included in a campaign until the assigned reviewer approves the exact revision.

  • Draft and source check
  • Subject-matter lawyer review
  • Claims and professional-responsibility check
  • Native-language legal review for each translation
  • Accessibility and metadata check
  • Recorded approval of the immutable revision

Translations

Each language version has its own approval state. Updating the source marks approved translations as stale. Translated information must not imply that a lawyer provides services in that language unless the firm has verified the actual service pathway.

Corrections and review dates

Material corrections should be recorded in a revision history. Time-sensitive pages receive a next-review date and are automatically removed from campaigns or marked for re-review when that date passes.
