Hourly rates

Time-based billing may be appropriate where the scope or procedural path cannot be predicted at the outset.

Flat fees

A fixed price may be available for a defined service with a predictable scope, including selected wills and planning documents.

Basic will: $800 plus applicable tax
Enduring power of attorney: $375 plus applicable tax
Representation agreement: $375 plus applicable tax

Contingency arrangements

A no-fee-upfront arrangement may be available for a qualifying professional-negligence claim or selected civil matter after an assessment of evidence, recovery prospects, and proportionality.

Qualifying matters

Contingency availability begins with a file assessment.

Examples may include claims involving lawyer, immigration consultant, realtor, accountant, medical, dental, or other professional negligence, as well as selected civil disputes.

Eligibility, percentages, responsibility for disbursements, and what happens if a claim is unsuccessful must be set out in a signed agreement. Contact the firm to discuss the facts and the available arrangement.
