Arman Ayazi is an associate lawyer at Sinclair Centre Law LLP, practising primarily in family law and civil litigation. Before joining the firm, he maintained a broad practice that included criminal, civil, and family law.
His experience includes high-conflict family disputes, civil claims, and proceedings involving the Ministry of Children and Family Development. He has appeared before both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has assisted clients through multiple stages of litigation.
Arman takes time to understand each client’s circumstances, communicates clearly and promptly, and develops practical strategies aligned with the client’s objectives.
He earned a criminology degree from Simon Fraser University, where he achieved Dean’s Honour Roll standing, and an LLB from the University of Birmingham. While completing his Canadian legal accreditation, he volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program at the University of British Columbia, assisting low-income clients across the Lower Mainland.
Having lived on three continents, Arman brings a broad cultural perspective to his work and places particular importance on making sure each client’s needs and concerns are understood.
