Hiva Rashvand is a legal assistant whose work focuses primarily on family law and immigration matters, including refugee proceedings.
Since entering the legal field in 2023, she has supported lawyers with client communication, file organization, procedural coordination, deadline management, and preparation of legal documents.
Her work includes assisting with matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and immigration tribunals including the Immigration and Refugee Board.
Hiva holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English Language and Literature. Her master’s dissertation examined the stylistic features of postmodern American poetry.
She speaks English, Persian, Turkish, and French and helps clients understand legal procedures through clear, practical communication. Her work is performed as part of the firm’s legal team and does not constitute independent legal advice.
